Born and raised in Southern Illinois, I learned early on that life’s most meaningful moments happen when people come together. My greatest inspiration has always been my father, affectionately known as “Pop”. His unwavering belief that anything is possible, along with his kindness, integrity, and love for people, shaped not only who I am but also the heart behind this brand.
When I founded Pop’s Premium Coffee in 2017, I wanted to create more than exceptional coffee experiences, I wanted to build a company rooted in connection, thoughtful details, and creating moments that leave a lasting impression.
What began as an online boutique has grown into a luxury coffee experience company serving corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and espresso martini experiences.
Every event we create reflects the values my father instilled in me-to dream without limits, lead with heart, and make people feel special.
Because at Pop’s, coffee isn’t just something we serve.
Coffee is a LIFESTYLE.
People often ask where the name Pop’s comes from.
The answer is simple: my dad.
I have always been a “Daddy’s Girl”, and when it came time to name Pop’s Premium Coffee, there was never another choice.
This brand is my way of honoring the man who taught me that there are no limits to what you can achieve if you’re willing to try.
